We are looking to hire an energetic well organised Office Administrator supporting a range of departments from basic office administration, customer care, logistics and operations to join Sweete in a full time permanent role.

Office Administrator

​

Role and duties

​

  • Answer all incoming calls and queries from consumers, suppliers and clients

  • Book taxis and couriers

  • Sorting all incoming and outgoing post

  • Filing

  • Data entry

  • Promotion fulfilment

  • Customer care support

  • Admin support for sales, operations and production departments

  • Ad hoc duties

 

Skills/Requirements

​

  • Experience in office administration 1-2 years

  • Experience in customer care 1-2 years

  • Experience with MS Office Suite including outlook, word, excel and powerpoint

  • Natural communicator, comfortable dealing with consumers and clients by phone and email

  • Motivation and drive for customer care

  • Ability to multi-task prioritising work and use your initiative to make decisions

  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organised person

  • Very outgoing with strong communication skills

  • Confidentiality and discretion

  • Fluent English

Contract: Full Time Permanent

 

Begin: Immediately

Salary: Negotiable
