We are looking to hire an energetic well organised Office Administrator supporting a range of departments from basic office administration, customer care, logistics and operations to join Sweete in a full time permanent role.
Office Administrator

Role and duties

Answer all incoming calls and queries from consumers, suppliers and clients

Book taxis and couriers
-
Sorting all incoming and outgoing post

Filing
-
Data entry
-
Promotion fulfilment
-
Customer care support
-
Admin support for sales, operations and production departments

Ad hoc duties
Skills/Requirements

Experience in office administration 1-2 years
-
Experience in customer care 1-2 years
-
Experience with MS Office Suite including outlook, word, excel and powerpoint
-
Natural communicator, comfortable dealing with consumers and clients by phone and email
-
Motivation and drive for customer care

Ability to multi-task prioritising work and use your initiative to make decisions

Excellent attention to detail and highly organised person

Very outgoing with strong communication skills

Fluent English
